Explain how the horse revolutionized Native Americans hunting techniques?

first of all, we didn't all use horses. for most of us, the horse was useless. it was mainly the plains nations that used them and they are the ones who hunted buffalo. you don't hunt elk or deer on horseback through the woods so for my nations and others that lived in forested areas, the horse was not useful.

and they didn't chase the buffalo on foot either before there were horses. they skillfully separated some from the herd and then made them panic to go off a cliff. it worked well for thousands of years.Explain how the horse revolutionized Native Americans hunting techniques?
The Indian word for horse roughly translated to ';big dog';. The dog was the major beast of burden. Compare the amount a horse can carry to a dog or the speed of a horse to a dog and convert that to a number.

The horse now allowed the Indian to chase buffalo rather than chasing one or two off a cliff.Explain how the horse revolutionized Native Americans hunting techniques?
The horses helped the native americans hunt because they no longer had to chase the animal by foot. they could just ride up to it as where before it took more of them to surround the animal so it wouldnt run off
