Do you think the vice president should resign because of the hunting accident?

No. This story has gotten out of proportion, just like the Monica Lewinsky story under Bill Clinton.

The White House is really benefiting by this story though because nobody is talking about Iraq at the moment. It's like they planned for this little story to get out of hand, and stay that way for as long as possible.

I would really like to know about the guns and alcohol issues of this story though.Do you think the vice president should resign because of the hunting accident?
Then Clinton should have resigned when vince foster committed suicide. Ludicris questionDo you think the vice president should resign because of the hunting accident?
No. He should resign because he misled the country about Iraq.
No. It was an accident. Should anyone lose their job if they got in a car accident?
No, he did not committ a crime he had an accident. Maybe all the I's weren't dotted and the T's all crossed, but it was still an accident.
accidents like that don't result in arrest, there's no doubt it was an accident as the other dude was some really big campaign contributer and a lawyer, of all the people to shoot.

I bet he would have died had secret service medical attention not been there. A pellet was actually lodged in his heart, he had a heart attack, they still hadnt taken it out. If he dies there's going to be even more flak.

Excellent because I hate bush.
No. But it sure is funny.
No, accidents happen. If it truly was an accident I don't really see how this could come into play in politics and give reason for the vice president to resign.
No, it was mistake done by a ';Man';, not by the Vice President. However he must be punished/penalized.
No, after all he shot a lawyer, hasn't everyone wanted to do that one at one time or another...lol
No, it was not a job-related accident. Perhaps he should be charged with reckless endangerment or assault with a deadly weapon, but I seriously doubt that will happen. If the man dies, on the other hand, he should certainly be charged with negligent homicide at least, possibly manslaughter (if killing someone in a drunk driving accident is manslaughter, killing someone in a drunk shooting accident should be as well). However, it wouldnt matter if he was charged or not, the President could always pardon him.
No. I do not like this Admin. but this is just getting too crazy.

had a few days of laughs though.
No, say you had an accident while on vacation. Should you then lose your job?
