What are the rights of a convicted felon? vote, hunting, in general all?

Breaking and entering on a resort. got into trouble, went to jail. learnded my lesson. cant get to many jobs with that. What are the rights of a convicted felon? vote, hunting, in general all?
Depends on many factors. If you are off probation/parole, you will have more rights than if on probation/parole. For example, many states will prohibit felon from voting if on probation/parole, but once off probation/parole, he is eligible to vote. However, some states do not permit felons to vote.

Felons can not carry firearms, as per federal law.

If this is first and only offense, you may be eligible for expungement or a governor's pardon. Expungement law varies from state to state. Generally, only certain crimes are eligible (often non-violent offenses) and you must wait a certain amount of time (maybe 3-5 years) from the time you got off probation/parole.

As for employment, employers often discriminate against felons in their hiring practices. This is generally allowed. However, some argue that employers should only discriminate against potential hirees to the extent that their offense relates to their job duties. What are the rights of a convicted felon? vote, hunting, in general all?
If you were convicted in state court, then check with the Attorney General's Office of your state, concerning voting rights. As to hunting, it is against Federal Law, for a convicted felon to own a firearm, so unless you are using a bow and arrow, you are out of luck.
only 1 get a lawyer get him to ask the court to remove it from your record.
