What are some good arguments against deer hunting?

If we don't kill some deer by hunting there will be more of them to eat our corn crops and get hit by automobiles on the roads and highways.


Woops, you say against. Well, nobody wants to kill Bambi. The best agruemnt against is that deer are creatures with a right to live. Killing one requires a better excuse than wanting a trophy to hang on the wall. If you kill a deer, you will need to process the meat or pay to have that job done (and it is messy unless you have the skill and tools of a professional butcher). If you want to get the full benefit of the hunt, you will also have to tan the hide or pay to have that done.What are some good arguments against deer hunting?
I am not against deer hunting because it provides my family with food. Not everybody lives in the city and has access to every grocery store and restaurant. Some people have to survive in their element and environment!
